Food: 2/3
Burgers were of a good size, nicely cooked and constructed, and tasty to the level expected from the tourist-town price. Fries were sub-par and the poutine doesn't use real curds, but all-in-all, good value for the dollar.
Service: 2/2
Friendly staff, very helpful, and willing to accommodate our group of 11, including foreigners who have no idea how North American diner food works. -

I came here for the poutine. Hey, there are surprisingly few places in town that serve it, and I had a craving. I ordered from the counter and got a paper slip with a number. I sat and waited while two previous orders were called, so it took maybe 5 minutes to get mine.
The poutine was a bit of a letdown. No cheese curds I could detect. Probably some cheddar that melted into the gravy. And boy was there gravy. It was served in a bowl, fries swimming in gravy. A poutine is only as good as its fries, and these were sub-par. Not cooked enough I guess. The gravy was piping hot though. Took me a while to finish. It hit the spot but I don't think I will ever get poutine here again. -

Read the bad reviews but still decided to try it out because just wanted a quick cheap meal. I liked the burger, better than chain fast food like McDs and BK. The fries were sub par but edible. Kids got chicken fingers, which were overdone and onion rings which were pretty good.
Overall ok for what it is. If you go in expect in a small town greedy spoon meal you won't be disappointed, but don't expect artisen gormet burgers. -

Nasty is an understatement. Where the hell are these people getting these nasty patties that taste like a rubber hot dog. It's super expensive for absolutely no reason at all and on top of all of this you charge 50 cents for refills on a child's size cup. Do not recommend come at your own risk!

This place was terrible. I should have checked reviews before going but just needed a quick place to eat with a toddler. The burgers are frozen patties barely cooked. I got bacon on my burger and it was warmed (maybe?) but not cooked at all. The fries were decent. Onion rings terrible. $0.50 for refills on soda. For what you get the place is pricey. So gross. Would never go back. I will go to the little store and get a cereal and milk first before this place.
